Even if you’re simply thinking about moving in the future, it’s wise to reach out early. We can discuss your needs on the phone, via Zoom, or get together for coffee.

After we chat, you’ll need to get squared away with financial pre-approval. We’ll start sending you potential properties to preview and schedule showings for the ones you’re interested in.
2.
Find one you love? It’s time to put in an offer! We’ll walk you through terms and get a contract over to the seller. From there, we’ll engage in additional negotiations on your behalf, as needed.
3.
At this point, you will have completed your loan application and received quotes for homeowners insurance.
We’ll also help you schedule the home inspection and prepare for closing.
4.
With your offer accepted, final financing approval, and a completed inspection, it’s simply counting down the days until you close. There’s nothing we love more than giving you the keys to your new home.
5.
Unless you plan to pay in cash, you need a lender team to approve you for a loan. We happen to know some great ones.
